Lim Tae-hee, Superintendent of Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education, stated, "No matter how good a policy is, it is useless if it does not resonate on the ground," and emphasized, "Gyeonggi education policies must communicate in a way that reaches and involves each individual."


At the 'Communication Meeting for Gyeonggi Education Public Relations Officers to Successfully Promote the 2025 Gyeonggi Future Education Office,' held on the 28th at the Suwon Southern Office, Superintendent Lim said, "Communication is about making eye contact, having conversations, and empathizing," and stressed, "Through genuine communication, Gyeonggi education policies must reach every student, staff member, and parent."


He continued, "Your role is crucial in creating a better educational environment at all sites?schools, education support offices, and the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education?to help students change and grow," and urged, "I hope you will participate in the newly evolving Gyeonggi education through today's time of communication and empathy."

At the meeting, over 110 public relations officers from education support offices and affiliated institutions attended and discussed ▲ sharing the 2025 Gyeonggi education policy promotion goals ▲ plans to activate the 2025 Gyeonggi education public relations officers network ▲ plans to enhance communication of education support office and school policies in 2025 ▲ media response training for specific issues ▲ time for communication among public relations officers, focusing on promotional planning and collaboration methods to effectively publicize the new Gyeonggi education policies.


Meanwhile, the Provincial Office of Education set the 2023 Gyeonggi education policy promotion goal as "activating communication centered on school sites and case studies." They are directly visiting schools and local communities applying Gyeonggi education policies to verify practical cases in the educational field and focusing on strengthening communication and promotional functions through digital productions.


The Office separated its official YouTube channels into 'GEOI (GOE)' and 'GEO3 (GO3)' to provide knowledge-based and user-centered customized information. Notably, 'GEOI (GOE)' became the first public institution in Gyeonggi Province to reach 100,000 subscribers and recently received the 'Silver Button.'


Social networking services (Instagram, blog, Facebook, Threads) have also been expanded and are being operated diversely. Through participatory and empathetic productions capturing vivid educational scenes, they are broadening direct communication with education consumers.
