The "Happiness Two Meals Project" is a child meal support initiative that fills welfare blind spots not reached by public meal services through public-private cooperation. When Gwangsan-gu identifies and selects 40 children in the district who are at risk of skipping meals, Happiness Narae and Happiness Dosirak will provide them with fresh side dish lunch boxes twice a week for one year. The project will be fully implemented starting in the second half of this year. The project costs will be covered by 80 million KRW in donations raised through the donation platform "Happiness Alliance," operated by Happiness Narae. Happiness Dosirak will be responsible for producing and delivering the lunch boxes to each household.

Through this project, Gwangsan-gu plans to discover and provide various linked services to promote not only meal provision but also children's health and welfare. In addition, ingredients for the lunch boxes will be sourced primarily from local agricultural products to benefit local farmers and small business owners.

Mayor Park Byungkyu stated, "The 'Happiness Two Meals Project,' in collaboration with two social enterprises, is a strong welfare safety net that supports the healthy growth of local children," and added, "We will work to ensure that the local community and businesses grow together and that more children can benefit from this initiative."
