Five Guys to Open 7th Store Next Month in Apgujeong Rodeo

FG Korea, the operator of the American premium burger brand Five Guys, announced on the 27th that it will open its 7th store next month in Apgujeong Rodeo, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

The 7th Five Guys store is located near Apgujeong Rodeo Station on the Suin-Bundang Line, just a 5-minute walk from Galleria Luxury Hall. Following the opening of the 6th store, Galleria Gwanggyo, on the 14th, which was the first in the world to feature an aquarium, the company is expanding its footprint by opening two new stores within a month. FG Korea stated that with a Five Guys store now near the luxury mall, synergy with the department store is expected.

Five Guys Apgujeong will operate on two floors with a total area of 400.2㎡ (approximately 121 pyeong) and 112 seats. It is the third largest among the seven Five Guys stores, following Seoul Station and Gangnam.

The 7th store plans to further strengthen its position as a premium food and beverage (F&B) brand that matches the trendy atmosphere of Apgujeong Rodeo. An FG Korea official said, "Apgujeong Rodeo Street, the center of trends, has a high flow of people on both weekdays and weekends," adding, "At Five Guys Apgujeong, the 7th store in Korea, we will showcase the brand’s originality to many customers."

Meanwhile, FG Korea is recruiting staff and crew through the group recruitment site 'Hanwha In' ahead of the new store opening. They also plan to hold a 'One-Stop Recruiting Day' next month, where document screening and interviews will be completed in one day.
