Yoon Young-bin, Administrator of the Space Aviation Agency, reported assets worth 3,911,580,000 KRW, Noh Kyung-won, Deputy Administrator of the Space Agency, reported 1,313,510,000 KRW, and John Lee, Mission Headquarters Chief of the Space Agency, reported 4,410,530,000 KRW respectively.

According to the regular asset change report disclosed in the government official gazette by the Government Official Ethics Committee on the 27th, Administrator Yoon reported 3,911,580,000 KRW, an increase of 23,980,000 KRW compared to the previous report.

Administrator Yoon and his spouse own an apartment worth 1,770,550,000 KRW in Jamsil-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and land worth 1,212,860,000 KRW in Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, among other locations.

Additionally, they hold deposits of 424,020,000 KRW for himself, 466,130,000 KRW for his spouse, and 89,940,000 KRW for their eldest son. Administrator Yoon explained that his deposits increased by 281,390,000 KRW from the previous 142,630,000 KRW due to deposit cancellations and compensation received for incorporated land.

Deputy Administrator Noh owns apartments worth 711,000,000 KRW in Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi-do, and Sejong-si under his name, deposits totaling 617,890,000 KRW for himself, his spouse, and eldest son, and securities worth 93,850,000 KRW. The rental deposit of 145,000,000 KRW for the apartment in Gwangmyeong-si remains as debt, leading to a reported total of 1,313,510,000 KRW.

Mission Headquarters Chief John Lee reported assets totaling 4,410,500,000 KRW, including a detached house worth 1,258,610,000 KRW under his and his spouse’s names in Williamson County, Texas, USA, deposits of 3,148,520,000 KRW held by himself and his spouse, securities worth 757,930,000 KRW, and financial debts of 769,710,000 KRW.

Chief John Lee’s assets increased by 616,550,000 KRW compared to the previous report due to an increase of 169,430,000 KRW in his U.S. federal government pension and 51,210,000 KRW in deposits at Woori Bank, an increase of 207,370,000 KRW in his spouse’s U.S. federal government pension and Morgan Stanley deposits, and an increase of 188,540,000 KRW in securities income.

The assets of his eldest son and daughter were not disclosed due to their independent livelihood maintenance. Chief John Lee, a former NASA employee, was appointed together with Administrator Yoon in May last year, and this is his second asset change report following the one in August last year.
