Daewoo E&C has been introducing the 'Prugio Edition,' named after its multi-family housing brand, every two years since 2021. It designs and incorporates new products in line with the latest residential trends and changing lifestyles.
The theme for the third Prugio Edition 2025 is healing and recovery. The concept centers on the home as a space where tired bodies and minds can be comforted and restored. It will be selectively applied to new complexes launched this year and expanded to other planned projects.
Last year, some products of the new edition were previewed in the Blanc Summit 74 complex, a self-developed project. Expanding the concept of rest, a private spa typically enjoyed at luxury resorts was applied to the residents' shared guesthouse facility. The community space was designed to allow residents to spend quality time communicating with family or acquaintances, reading books, focusing on self-development, and reflecting. A key feature is the organic connection between shared and private spaces.
Carefully crafted landscape lighting guidelines are introduced for the exterior design. The landmark facade design features landscape lighting inspired by vibrant nature motifs such as gentle breezes, shimmering sunlight, and leaves fluttering. This lighting is implemented from the first floor of the side walls up to the rooftop sculptures. The facade’s accent lighting aims to express the ever-changing aspects of nature. Additionally, technology to reduce noise between floors is applied. Building on the previously used smart triple-layer floor structure, sound insulation performance is enhanced by adopting the smart air coil floor structure.
