'Unjeong Station HB Housetory City' boasts some of the best location conditions even within Unjeong New Town.


It is a double station area with GTX-A Unjeong Station and Gyeongui-Jungang Line Unjeong Station, and is located in a prime spot within the central commercial district of Unjeong New Town. With the opening of Starfield Village Paju Unjeong Branch (October 2025), commercial district revitalization is expected, making it a region with high scarcity of commercial facilities and low vacancy risk.


A real estate expert commented, “Areas where large complex shopping malls enter tend to see activated consumption patterns and higher rental yields for commercial facilities,” adding, “Unjeong Station HB Housetory City is a key commercial facility that can simultaneously benefit from the Starfield effect and the GTX-A opening effect, making it a potentially stable long-term investment.”
