The 9th Junior Board members will engage in activities to innovate corporate culture until February 2026. They will hold regular monthly meetings to share ideas and conduct workshops every six months to develop practical implementation plans. Additionally, they will collect and convey suggestions from junior employees who usually find it difficult to communicate with management.

The Junior Board consists of junior employees with two to five years of service. Starting with the 1st board in 2017, this marks the 9th iteration. Last year, the 8th Junior Board garnered positive responses from employees through various internal and external activities such as the ‘Taekwangin Interview,’ which documented the efforts of field and factory workers at headquarters, and gathering ideas related to eco-friendly petrochemical products.

A Taekwang Industrial official stated, "We will strive to ensure that the fresh ideas of MZ generation employees, who will become the backbone of the company, are practically reflected in improving organizational culture."
