In his greeting, the Mayor of Seongnam said, "I sincerely thank everyone for joining this meaningful event," and added, "I hope this campaign will not be a one-time event but a meaningful starting point for the local community to cooperate for the healthy growth of youth."

Mayor Shin then emphasized, "As harmful factors to which youth are exposed are diversifying due to the rapid changes in the digital environment, our city will do its best to create a safe environment for youth."

This campaign divided participants into two groups around Seohyeon Station and Sunae Station to inspect and improve the youth harmful environment near the subway stations.
