The nursing system guidance provides various content to help understand the long-term care insurance system. Through the ‘Care Index Check,’ a personalized care report is provided that analyzes the need for care in nine stages according to health status.
Nursing consultation offers one-on-one customized counseling directly from professional nurses to address customers’ questions about nursing and care. Through the ‘Nursing Institution Guidance and Search’ function, customers can easily search for and compare nursing institutions that meet their conditions.
