The Job Status Board provides real-time job trends for Gyeonggi-do and its cities and counties, enhancing the efficiency of employment policy decisions and supporting each city and county in establishing customized policies suited to their regional characteristics.
The Job-a-Dream app recommends jobs suitable for job seekers’ careers and abilities and helps users easily access nearby job information. Through this, it is expected to expand job seekers’ employment opportunities and facilitate smoother matching with companies.
In addition, the briefing included explanations of job-related projects from related organizations such as the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled, Korea University of Technology and Education, and the Veterans Support Center.
Son Il-gwon, head of the Western Business Headquarters of the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation, said, "This was an opportunity to strengthen cooperation between Gyeonggi-do, cities and counties, and related organizations," adding, "We will continue to expand communication opportunities so that companies and job seekers can practically utilize policy projects to help with hiring and employment."
