NH Nonghyup Life Insurance Renews Public Transportation Mini Insurance... Linked with Climate Companion Card

NH NongHyup Life announced on the 20th that it has renewed the mini insurance product for public transportation users, 'ESG Sso-ok NHe Public Transportation Insurance,' to welcome spring.

The product name was changed to reflect ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) values that contribute to reducing carbon emissions by promoting the use of public transportation. To celebrate this, an event is being held where 10% of the paid premium will be given as NH Points.

ESG Sso-ok NHe Public Transportation Insurance covers accidents on buses, subways, taxis, trains, and airplanes, as well as accidents occurring while waiting at stops. In the event of death due to a traffic accident while using public transportation, a death benefit of 20 million KRW is paid, and in case of death due to a traffic accident involving passenger cars, motorcycles, bicycles, etc., a death benefit of 5 million KRW is provided.

The premium is 1,170 KRW for men and 240 KRW for women based on age 40, and coverage lasts for one year with a single payment upon enrollment.

ESG Sso-ok NHe Public Transportation Insurance can be easily purchased through the NongHyup Life website and mobile app.

A NongHyup Life official stated, "This product aligns with eco-friendly transportation policies such as the K-Pass Card and Climate Companion Card, contributing to environmental protection and the safety of public transportation users," adding, "We will continue to introduce various mini insurance products that allow practicing ESG values at affordable premiums."
