Samyang Foods announced on the 20th that it will launch a new product under the Maetang brand, 'Maetang Cool Spicy Bibimmyun Kimchi Flavor.'

A representative from Samyang Foods explained, "The new product is the first bibimmyun in the Maetang brand, which showcases a variety of spicy flavors," adding, "It delivers a distinctive taste that differentiates itself from existing spicy flavors."

The key lies in the refreshing spiciness created by a special gochujang sauce combined with unique spices. It emphasizes a cool aftertaste by using 'Cubeb pepper' from the Southeast Asian region. Additionally, the inclusion of kimchi and vegetable flakes provides a crunchy texture and deep umami flavor.

The package features Samyang Foods' self-developed spiciness graph called the 'Spicy Pentagon,' allowing consumers to understand the spicy characteristics offered by Maetang Cool Spicy Bibimmyun Kimchi Flavor. Pre-orders are available on Coupang until the 23rd, and from the 27th, it can be purchased nationwide through both online and offline distribution channels such as marts and convenience stores.
