Goyang City "Walk the '14 Goyang Nuri-gil Courses' with a Narrator"

Starts April 9... Limited to 50 Participants on a First-Come, First-Served Basis

Goyang Special City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Dong-hwan) announced on the 20th that it will start the "2025 Goyang Nuri-gil 14 Course Walking Together" event from April 9th, allowing citizens to spend time resting and enjoying leisure through Goyang Nuri-gil.

This event is planned to be held a total of 20 times, 10 times each on Wednesdays and Saturdays during the walking-friendly spring season (April 9th to May 10th) and autumn season (October 15th to November 15th).

Participants who complete all 14 courses while listening to the course guidance and historical stories from Goyang Nuri-gil interpreters will receive a certificate of completion.

Especially this year, unlike last year, the spring and autumn courses have been swapped, allowing participants to experience the various charms of Goyang Nuri-gil changing with the seasons more vividly. Even participants who joined last year can enjoy new aspects of Goyang Nuri-gil without boredom.

Goyang Nuri-gil is a path where you can see, feel, enjoy, and be moved by the new facets of Goyang Special City’s mountains, fields, rivers, history, and culture. It is designated as a course circulating Goyang Special City, spanning a total of 115 km from Course 1, Bukhansan Nuri-gil, to Course 14, Baram Nuri-gil.

Those who wish to participate can easily apply by entering their name and contact information on the ‘Goyang Nuri-gil Homepage → Nuri-gil Walking Together → Walking with Citizens’ page. Each session is limited to 50 participants and will be closed on a first-come, first-served basis.

A Goyang Special City official stated, “We hope many citizens can properly feel the charm of Goyang City through Goyang Nuri-gil,” and added, “We will thoroughly prepare and operate the event to ensure that no safety accidents occur.”
