"BomBomBom Spring Has Come"... Pink Festival 'Dobong-gu Cherry Blossom Festival' Held April 4-8

Every spring, the cherry blossom season that excites us has returned.

Dobong-gu (District Mayor Oh Eon-seok) announced that the '2025 Dobong Cherry Blossom Festival' will be held from April 4 to 8 along Ui Stream (from Suyu Bridge to Ui Bridge).

During this period, visitors can enjoy the cherry blossoms dyed in pink along Ui Stream, as well as exhibitions and sculptures themed around cherry blossoms.

From dusk, colorful lights will illuminate the path, creating a spectacular scene.

The opening ceremony will take place at 7 p.m. on April 4, the first day of the festival. Performances by singer Kim Su-chan, local artists, the district women's choir, and the district boys and girls choir are scheduled.

From April 4 to 8, along the approximately 250-meter stretch from Suyu Bridge to Ui Bridge, cherry blossom photo zones, cherry blossom tunnels, and light sculptures will be installed, allowing families, friends, and couples to create lasting memories.

Various side events to enjoy the festival have also been prepared. On April 4 and 5, food booths featuring traditional markets and professional organizations from the area, as well as cultural experience booths themed around cherry blossoms, will be operated.

Oh Eon-seok, Mayor of Dobong-gu, said, "We will do our best to prepare the festival so that everyone can fully enjoy the cherry blossoms along Ui Stream again this year," and added, "Since many people are expected to visit, we will also focus on safety management."
