First, since the 13th Gimpo Hangang Marathon will introduce a full course (42.195 km) for the first time, he instructed thorough preparation and active cooperation to ensure a safe and smooth event.

He also urged all public officials to take an active stance in identifying regulatory issues in higher-level laws or systems that need improvement and proposing improvements to revitalize the local economy.

Furthermore, he ordered the establishment of urban forest trail routes reflecting citizens' mobility convenience and demand, instructing that this be actively considered during urban forest trail maintenance.

Lastly, Mayor Kim Byung-su emphasized the need for active and diverse promotion of various projects pursued by the city to enhance communication and convenience for citizens, especially urging all public officials to actively consider and implement city administration publicity plans centered on the citizens.
