Paju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kim Kyung-il) announced on the 17th that it held a win-win cooperation agreement ceremony with Lotte Premium Outlet Paju on the 14th to promote the social economy.

The ceremony was attended by Kim Kyung-il, Mayor of Paju City, the Director of the Finance and Economy Office, Kim Hye-ra, Manager of Lotte Premium Outlet Paju, executives, and Yoon Kyung-ja, Chairperson of the Paju Shared Economy Network.
This agreement was signed with the shared intention of activating the social economy between Paju City and Lotte Premium Outlet Paju, aiming for mutual cooperation in ▲ expanding sales channels for social economy enterprises ▲ collaborative projects to revitalize the local economy.
Based on this agreement, the ‘Value Together Festa’ will be held at Lotte Premium Outlet Paju from March 20 to June 1 to support sales channels for social economy enterprises and revitalize the local economy.
The ‘Value Together Festa’ is a large-scale outdoor event showcasing, experiencing, and selling products from social economy enterprises, with various programs planned for each weekend.
Mayor Kim Kyung-il of Paju City stated, "This agreement has created an opportunity for social economy enterprises to coexist with large local distribution companies," and added, "We expect positive ripple effects not only in activating the social economy but also throughout the local economy."
Meanwhile, since February, Lotte Premium Outlet Paju has been leading efforts for mutual growth by supplying excellent Hansuui Paju rice to the employee cafeteria and promoting local agricultural products to improve employee welfare.
