Uiseong County in North Gyeongsang Province announced on the 13th that it is recruiting participants for the "2025 Youth Startup Local Settlement Support Project" to promote entrepreneurship among local youth and help them settle down stably.

The application period is open until April 8, and a total of two young entrepreneurs will be selected.

This project is a policy to address the outflow of young people and the risk of local extinction, aiming to discover creative and ambitious young entrepreneurs and support their sustainable growth.

The selected entrepreneurs will receive 20 million KRW in business funding and systematic consulting services, ranging from basic startup education to business operation.

The county plans to provide the selected entrepreneurs with initial startup funds, expert consulting, and entrepreneurship education for two years. Through this, it aims to strengthen practical startup capabilities and operate various programs to support local settlement.

Eligible applicants are youth aged 19 to 39 who currently reside outside North Gyeongsang Province. Applications can be submitted individually or as a team (up to two people). Those interested should check the announcement on the Uiseong County Office website and apply via email.
