Matching Demand Between Local Governments and Companies
Presenting a New Cooperative Relationship Between Local Communities and Businesses

The Win-Win Growth Committee announced on the 13th that, together with Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Economic and Trade Promotion Agency, and Daesang, it has launched ‘Jeju Eggs’ as the first product of the Jeju Win-Win Brand.


In July of last year, the Win-Win Growth Committee, Jeju Province, the Promotion Agency, and Daesang signed a four-party business agreement to support the market development of local small and medium-sized enterprises by developing Win-Win Brand products utilizing Jeju’s specialty products. Since then, through the regular working-level council meetings among the agreement parties, the first result, ‘Jeju Eggs,’ was launched.

To expand the market for Jeju-produced eggs certified with Jeju Excellent Product Quality Certification (JQ), the comprehensive food company Daesang is responsible for marketing, design, and distribution, and the packaging design features the Win-Win Growth and Cooperation characters ‘Dong-i & Ban-i’ and the JQ mark to confirm the product as a Win-Win Brand product.


This Win-Win Brand product is evaluated as presenting a new solution for win-win cooperation between the region and companies, as the Win-Win Growth Committee matches the practical needs of local governments and companies to enhance mutual competitiveness, while companies return part of the product sales revenue to the local community to promote urban-rural exchange.


Lee Dal-gon, Chairman of the Win-Win Growth Committee, said, “The Win-Win Growth Committee will continue to closely collaborate with local governments and large corporations to keep launching Win-Win Brand products and strengthen promotion to raise the value and awareness of the Win-Win Brand.”
