A volunteer said, “A miracle is happening at the disaster site right now. From individuals donating fatigue recovery drinks and snacks to residents who, despite being victims themselves, come out daily to direct traffic, to public officials, soldiers, and members of various volunteer groups?all are protagonists of this miracle,” adding, “As long as everyone is together, daily life will soon be restored. We believe in the value of ‘together.’”
