BNK Busan Bank (President Bang Seong-bin) announced on the 6th that it has joined the 'Low Birthrate Crisis Overcoming Relay Challenge' to promote a family-friendly corporate culture and create a positive social atmosphere regarding childbirth and childcare.

Many organizations have been participating in this relay campaign to widely raise awareness of the seriousness of the low birthrate issue and to garner national interest and participation.


Bang Seong-bin, President of Busan Bank, took a certification photo with an image containing the phrase "Work-life balance, the company will take the lead" and posted it on SNS.


Busan Bank is implementing measures to reduce the burden on employees balancing work and childcare, including ▲ operating workplace daycare centers by region ▲ extending parental leave periods ▲ encouraging spouse childbirth leave ▲ shortening working hours during childcare periods ▲ adjusting commuting hours for parents of first-grade children ▲ expanding leave for infertility treatment petitions.


Bang Seong-bin, President of Busan Bank, said, “The low birthrate issue is one of the most important challenges that our society must pay attention to and solve together,” adding, “I hope that this challenge will activate practical support and policies to create an environment favorable for having and raising children throughout society.”
