Housing Finance Corporation Launches Future Innovation National Advisory Group

Experts Appointed in Real Estate Finance, Digital, and ESG Fields
Bogeumjari Loan and Housing Pension Users Also Appointed as Advisory Members

The Korea Housing Finance Corporation announced on the 6th that it has newly formed the Future Innovation National Advisory Group, composed of experts in housing finance, digital fields, and customers using the corporation's financial products.

The Future Innovation Advisory Group is a consultative body established to actively incorporate public opinions when formulating and implementing the corporation's major strategies, such as innovation plans, mid- to long-term management strategies, and discovering innovative ideas. It consists of about 30 advisory members from housing finance consumers, finance, and academia.

This time, various external experts in real estate finance, digital, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) were newly appointed. Customers using Bogeumjari Loan, Housing Guarantee, and Housing Pension were also appointed as advisory members to reflect the opinions of actual demanders among the public.

At the first meeting this year, discussions are expected to focus on customer-centered housing finance services and strengthening housing finance accessibility through the Digital Eumteo platform. In the future, the advisory group’s opinions will also be reflected on major issues such as improving the corporation’s work efficiency and innovating organizational culture.

President Kim Kyunghwan said, "This year marks the 21st anniversary of our founding, and it is a year for the corporation to take a new leap forward," adding, "We will achieve innovation in housing finance services together with the Future Innovation National Advisory Group to create a stable residential environment and a happy future for the people."
