IBK Industrial Bank, together with the Korea Tourism Organization, runs a program that supports vacation expenses. Since the project started in 2023, the scale of the program has been expanded every year. This year, the number of recruits is 12,000, doubling last year's 6,000.
The program works by having companies and employees jointly create travel savings, and the Korea Tourism Organization supports each with 100,000 KRW for vacation expenses.
The provided travel expenses can be used to purchase domestic travel products such as accommodations, travel packages, and transportation at the dedicated online shopping mall for the Employee Vacation Support Project, 'Vacation Shop.'
Companies wishing to participate can apply on a first-come, first-served basis starting from 10 a.m. today on the specialized SME recruitment portal 'I-Won Job' website.
An IBK Industrial Bank official said, "Through continuous welfare enhancement projects for SME employees, we will actively support improving the quality of jobs in small and medium enterprises to attract excellent talent and enable employees to have long-term employment."
