DL E&C's ‘ePyeonhansesang Seongseong Lake Park’ supplied in the Upseong Urban Development Area, Cheonan-si, Chungnam, recorded a high competition rate in the first-priority subscription, raising expectations for successful sales.

According to the Korea Real Estate Agency's subscription homepage on the 6th, a total of 19,898 people applied for 1,138 households (excluding special supply), recording an average competition rate of 17.49 to 1. The type with the highest competition rate was the 105㎡ exclusive area type. With 8,332 applicants for 136 households, it recorded an average of 61.26 to 1. In addition, the popular 84㎡A and 84㎡C types also showed double-digit competition rates of 40.07 to 1 and 18.84 to 1, respectively.

Furthermore, the 113㎡ and 125㎡ exclusive types recorded competition rates of 5.3 to 1 and 7.16 to 1, respectively. The penthouse types of 175㎡ and 191㎡ also attracted popularity with rates of 10 to 1 and 11.2 to 1, respectively.

A DL E&C official stated, “The complex is a ‘lakefront’ complex located by Seongseong Lake Park, and its excellent location and differentiated product qualities seem to have led to the high competition rate,” adding, “Since the first-priority subscription achieved results beyond expectations, the contracts are also expected to proceed smoothly.”

The announcement of winners for ‘ePyeonhansesang Seongseong Lake Park’ will be on the 12th. The official contract period will be held for four days from the 24th to the 27th. The housing exhibition center is located in Seongseong-dong, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungnam. Move-in is scheduled for February 2028.
