Hana Bank will lower mortgage loan interest rates reflecting the base rate cut.
According to the financial sector on the 5th, Hana Bank plans to reduce the additional interest rate on face-to-face mortgage loan products (hybrid type) by 0.15 percentage points starting from the 10th.
A Hana Bank official explained, "This is a measure to proactively reflect the effect of the base rate cut and support the reduction of financial costs."
Earlier, Woori Bank lowered the additional interest rate on its 5-year variable (periodic) mortgage loan product by 0.25 percentage points on the 28th of last month. From that day, the interest rate on the representative personal credit loan product 'Woori WON Garatagi Office Worker Loan' was also reduced by 0.20 percentage points.
NH Nonghyup Bank plans to lower household loan interest rates by up to 0.40 percentage points starting from the 6th.
