KB Securities Opens Pension Asset Management Center

KB Securities announced on the 5th that it has opened a non-face-to-face pension consultation-only 'Pension Asset Management Center.'

The opening ceremony of the Pension Asset Management Center was held on the 4th at the KB Securities Daechi-dong headquarters, attended by CEO Honggu Lee, Head of Pension Division Sangeun Song, Head of Gangnam Regional Headquarters Hwanhee Lee, Head of Customer Contact Headquarters Yujin Kim, and other executives and employees.

The Pension Asset Management Center, which has significantly strengthened pension investment consultation functions, aims to provide a one-stop service that offers comprehensive consultation from pension enrollment and contributions to investment and withdrawal, as well as simple pension asset accumulation and transaction processing consultations.

To this end, KB Securities formed a specialized consultation team through focused training centered on excellent private bankers (PBs) with outstanding asset management capabilities and rich customer consultation experience. In addition, a separate dedicated consultation team, reorganized by integrating existing personnel, was established to shorten transaction processing times and enhance customer convenience.
