Call for Papers in Real Estate and Housing Finance Sectors

Korea Housing Finance Corporation (President Kim Kyung-hwan) announced on the 5th that it will hold a call for papers for the 2025 first half 'Housing Finance Research' to promote housing finance research and develop housing welfare policies.
'Housing Finance Research' is a periodical (academic journal) launched in 2017 to contribute to the activation of research in the housing finance field and the development of housing welfare policies. It was selected as a candidate journal for KCI registration in 2023.
Anyone interested in related fields such as real estate and housing finance, including graduate students, can participate in this contest by submitting their papers through the Housing Finance Research online submission system by April 22.
The paper topics should be related to housing finance and real estate policies, systems, products, information technology, appraisal, and other related research. Papers selected for publication in the 2025 issue 9-1 of 'Housing Finance Research' published by Korea Housing Finance Corporation will receive a manuscript fee of up to 3 million KRW per paper.
In particular, in 2025, outstanding papers utilizing housing finance statistics will be awarded separately with a special prize (totaling 4 million KRW) and a commendation from the corporation’s president.
Housing finance statistics refer to publicly provided data from the Korea Housing Finance Corporation’s Housing Finance Research Institute Housing Finance Statistics System, housing finance and Bogeumjari Loan surveys, and other data provided by the corporation.
