Kumho Construction is set to strengthen its housing business capabilities by launching a large-scale recruitment drive in the first half of 2025.
On the 5th, Kumho Construction announced that it will conduct open recruitment for new and experienced employees in the first half of this year. This recruitment is part of securing talent to enhance the competitiveness of the new residential brand ‘ARTERA’ and to establish a foundation for sustainable growth.
The new employee recruitment covers a total of 13 fields. The fields include △Sales △Housing Development △Architectural Construction △Mechanical Construction △Electrical Construction △Civil Engineering Construction △Environment △HRM △HRD △Public Sales △Finance △Public Relations & IR △Safety Management, totaling 13 fields.
The experienced positions are open in △BI (Brand Identity) △Plant Architectural Construction △IT System Operation △Safety Management △Research & Development (Soil and Ground 분야), totaling 5 fields.
The selection process consists of document screening, online aptitude test, first interview, and second interview. Applications can be submitted through the Kumho Construction recruitment website until the 9th.
