Inha University Operates Specialized Program for Unemployed Graduates

Inha University announced on the 5th that it was recently selected for the 'Graduate Specialized Program Project' organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

This program is organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor to strengthen employment capabilities and promote smooth social entry amid the worsening difficulties faced by graduates due to the contraction of the job market. The goal is to identify and support graduates within two years after university graduation.

The Inha University Career Plus Center plans to develop and operate a graduate specialized program in addition to existing career and employment programs such as one-on-one counseling, document and interview consulting, and mentoring by employed alumni, following its selection for this project.

Through dedicated consultants responsible for the graduate specialized program as well as existing Career Plus Center consultants, employment support services will be provided to all unemployed graduates via phone and text messages. Additionally, efforts will be made to establish career and support systems that meet the diverse needs of graduates and the talent requirements demanded by society.

Gwak Hyobeom, director of the Inha University Career Plus Center, said, "This project is significant as it helps our graduates preparing for employment to enter society," adding, "We will strive to develop graduates' capabilities so they can grow into talents who contribute to society."
