Business Agreement Signed with Daejeon City
to Discover and Support Promising Local Companies

The Korea Credit Guarantee Fund held an opening ceremony for the 'Daejeon Financial Hub Center' at Expo Tower located in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon, and announced on the 28th that it signed a business agreement with Daejeon City to support local innovative companies.
The 'Daejeon Financial Hub Center' is a newly established organization aimed at expanding specialized financial services, which have been concentrated in the metropolitan area, to regional areas. Through this, the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund plans to promote the innovative growth of local companies and actively respond to various financial demands.
The event was attended by Yoo Deuk-won, Deputy Mayor of Daejeon City, representatives of local companies, related organizations, and financial institution officials, who celebrated the opening of the center and shared future operational directions and roles.
At the opening ceremony, the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund and Daejeon City signed a 'Business Agreement for Discovering and Supporting Promising Local Companies' to strengthen the support system for local innovative companies.
According to the agreement, the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund will provide various convergence services, including the customized comprehensive solution 'Innovation1' to meet the complex demands of companies recommended by Daejeon City, as well as investment, factoring, and cultural content guarantees.
Additionally, to effectively discover and select companies participating in policy projects by Daejeon City, management diagnosis and performance analysis services will be provided through the corporate big data platform 'BASA'.
Choi Won-mok, Chairman of the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, stated, "With the opening of the Daejeon Financial Hub Center and this business agreement, we will further strengthen cooperation with Daejeon City and related local organizations. As a policy execution agency leading the regional era, the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund will expand specialized financial support and actively back the growth and development of local companies."
