About 30 representatives from more than 20 domestic logistics companies attended this session. BPA provided detailed explanations on the purpose of introducing the overseas business proposal contest system, application methods, and subsequent procedures, urging active participation from logistics companies.
The BPA overseas business proposal contest is held once every quarter. Domestic companies wishing to jointly promote overseas projects with BPA can submit various business proposals targeting container terminals, logistics centers, ICDs, ODCYs, and more to BPA.
To stabilize the supply chain of our export companies and secure cost competitiveness, BPA operates five logistics centers located behind major ports (Rotterdam Port in the Netherlands, Barcelona Port in Spain, Probolinggo Port in East Java, Indonesia, and LA/LB Ports in the United States).
Sang-geun Song, President of BPA, stated, “We will contribute further to enhancing the global logistics competitiveness of our export logistics companies by creating diverse overseas business opportunities that reflect the demands of the private sector.”
