Special Lecture at the 1677th Friday Breakfast Forum
Focusing on "Leadership in Communication" and Generational Understanding
Gwangju Employers Federation (Chairman Yang Jinseok, Chairman of Howon Co., Ltd. and Happiness CC) announced on the 27th that it will hold the 1677th Friday Breakfast Forum on the 28th with the theme of "Leadership in Communication."
The Friday Breakfast Forum, which will be held on the 3rd floor of Holiday Inn Gwangju Hotel, will include a regular general meeting, an awards ceremony for member companies, and a special lecture by cultural psychologist Dr. Kim Jungwoon.
Dr. Kim Jungwoon earned his Ph.D. in cultural psychology from Freie Universit?t Berlin and has served as a visiting professor at Nara Prefectural University in Japan, as well as the director of the Yeoreogajimunje Research Institute. He is active in giving lectures and writing. His books include "Creative Perspective," "Success as Much as You Play," "I Regret Marrying My Wife," and "A Man's Belongings."
This lecture is expected to cover understanding and communication with the young generation under the theme of "Leadership in Communication," including the core values and lifestyles of the MZ Generation, workplace expectations, causes and solutions for intergenerational conflict, and key communication skills for generational coexistence. In addition, it will emphasize the role of leaders and communication, empathetic communication skills of trusted leaders, team activation communication skills, and understanding and communication between generations.
Yang Jinseok, Chairman of Gwangju Employers Federation, said, "Through this special lecture, we will be able to explore the significance and practical applications of communication for leaders by strengthening communication competence, which is the core of leadership," and added, "If communication skills for each situation are acquired in a way that can be immediately applied in the field, member companies of the Gwangju Employers Federation will be able to achieve results."
