Busan Port Authority (BPA) signed an integrity contract on the 26th with the chairman of the Port Committee (Lee Jeonghaeng), BPA's highest decision-making body, to foster a culture of integrity and realize ethical management following the new appointment of President Song Sanggeun.

The integrity contract includes ▲ compliance with laws and principles ▲ prohibition of corrupt acts such as accepting money or entertainment ▲ prohibition of pursuing personal gain using job-related information and avoidance of conflicts of interest ▲ prohibition of unfair orders through abuse of position or authority, and acceptance of punishment in case of violations.

President Song Sanggeun of BPA stated, “Through this integrity contract, I, as the head of the institution, will take the lead in conducting all tasks with integrity and transparency, and I will do my best to make Busan Port Authority a trusted organization by the public by prioritizing integrity as the highest value.”
