Samsung Electronics Service, Ranked No.1 'Most Admired Company' for 14 Consecutive Years

Maintaining the Top Spot Every Year Since the Survey Began in 2012
Offering Differentiated Services Such as the 'AI Subscription Club'

Samsung Electronics Service has achieved the remarkable feat of being selected as the 'Most Admired Company' for 14 consecutive years.


Samsung Electronics Service announced on the 25th that it was ranked first in the service center category in the '2025 Most Admired Company in Korea' survey. Since the service center category survey began in 2012, it has maintained the top position without exception.

The 'Most Admired Company in Korea' survey, conducted by the Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC), is a certification system that comprehensively evaluates a company's capabilities and values to select the top company in each category. Analysts, industry professionals, and other experts participate in the evaluation, making the survey highly reliable.


In this year's survey, Samsung Electronics Service received the highest scores in the industry across all 12 evaluation criteria, including ▲service quality ▲customer satisfaction activities ▲service reliability and customer preference ▲innovation for adapting to change.


Samsung Electronics Service has newly introduced a subscription-based care service linked with Samsung's 'AI Subscription Club' to help customers use their products in optimal condition for a long time. The service allows customers to use only the services they want according to the usage cycle and characteristics of each product.


For portable products such as smartphones and laptops, customers can use services including ▲damage repair that reduces repair costs ▲on-site repair without visiting the service center ▲battery replacement service.


For home appliances, services such as ▲extended free repairs ▲comprehensive product inspections ▲consumable replacements ▲professional disassembly and cleaning are provided to ensure optimal management according to the product lifecycle. A monthly care report is also provided so customers can easily check the status of their products and the replacement cycle of consumables at a glance.


Samsung Electronics Service explained that it will continue efforts to improve customer satisfaction. It operates an award system that selects service centers and engineers with the highest service satisfaction nationwide as 'CS Excellent Centers' and 'CS Masters.' The selections are based on customer evaluations, ensuring objectivity and motivating improvements in service quality. In fact, since the introduction of the CS award system in 2019, service satisfaction has improved by more than 13%.
