The Youth Culture and Arts Pass project supports 19-year-old youth (born in 2006) by covering the costs of attending performances (such as plays, musicals, classical music, concerts, music festivals, etc.) and exhibitions, helping them grow into active cultural consumers.

Only 19-year-olds are eligible, and regardless of income level, the first 160,000 applicants will receive up to 150,000 KRW per person for performance and exhibition attendance fees. The 100,000 KRW national government subsidy is provided immediately, while the 50,000 KRW local government subsidy varies by municipality. Daegu, Daejeon, Sejong, Seongnam, Ansan, and Jeonju cities provide a total of 100,000 KRW, while other regions provide 150,000 KRW.
