According to Hyundai Mobis on the 24th, President Lee said at the '2025 Partners Day' held at the Haevichi Hotel in Jeju on the 21st, "In the rapidly changing future mobility market, we must overcome the reality where risks and opportunities coexist together."

The event was held to strengthen partnerships with Hyundai Mobis' suppliers, inviting over 220 representatives from major partner companies. Many of Hyundai Mobis' top executives also attended. The purpose was to lay the foundation to rise as a global top-tier player in the future mobility market and to further enhance competitiveness.

Hyundai Mobis selected and awarded excellent partners in more than 10 sectors including quality, safety, new car development, purchasing, and mutual growth. The event also focused on strengthening partnerships by sharing the company's strategies and vision between management and partner representatives.

President Lee promised sincere and horizontal communication with partners. He emphasized, "The sustainable growth of our partners becomes Mobis' competitiveness, and that competitiveness will serve as a catalyst for our partners' global expansion, establishing a virtuous cycle ecosystem where we play a central role."

Since establishing the mutual growth master plan in 2010, Hyundai Mobis has built a comprehensive system for coexistence with partners. They have continuously expanded financial support such as the mutual growth fund and improved payment terms, conducting various support and cooperation activities. In 2019, they declared compliance management and have taken the lead in creating a fair and transparent trading environment by strengthening fair trade self-compliance activities, compliance education, and campaigns.

They have also focused on technical support for partners, providing approximately 215 billion KRW in support for about 1,300 new product and new technology developments conducted by partners over the past three years. To help partners secure their own intellectual property rights and enhance technology protection capabilities, they operate a technology protection support system.

Furthermore, regarding Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) management, as mutual growth partners with suppliers, they have jointly promoted various implementation strategies such as disclosure response, safety equipment establishment support projects, and energy diagnosis consulting. As a result, they were selected as an 'Excellent' company for six consecutive years in the mutual growth index evaluation last year.
