SK Securities predicted that the era of mass production of humanoids using humanoids is approaching.

Park Chansol, a researcher at SK Securities, stated, "Figure AI released a collaboration video of two humanoids performing household chores equipped with the Helix VLA (Vision-Language-Action) model on the 20th," adding, "They confirmed once again the Figure strategy of internalizing almost all aspects of humanoid production by installing proprietary software (SW)."

He continued, "Helix is a VLA that can operate on two robots," and added, "It is a model that allows natural language commands for cooperative tasks involving objects the robot has never seen before."

He said, "It is impressive that a single neural network is used," and "It is a service ready for immediate commercialization." Furthermore, he explained, "The reason for creating this model is that training various household tasks one by one is inefficient," and introduced, "Helix is a method that adds a vision-motor transformer with faster responsiveness to a VLM pre-trained on internet-scale data."

Researcher Park explained, "In conclusion, through Helix, task-specific demos or manual training programs have been eliminated, enabling instant general understanding of objects, achieving a groundbreaking advancement in expanding robot behaviors."

He said, "Figure AI entered the top 10 companies with the highest demand in the secondary market among pre-IPO unicorn companies as of Q4 last year," and added, "Figure AI is conducting an investment round at around 50 trillion won, approximately 15 times higher than the Series B investment valuation." He continued, "This allows us to gauge the highest-level humanoid value and market impact as perceived by the market," and "Despite the recent volatile market environment overall, this is why we cannot help but continue to express positive opinions on investing in companies like Rainbow Robotics and Robotis."

He further analyzed, "It is understood that Figure AI's manufacturing/engineering team has started building a mass production line this year for large-scale production," and noted, "What is noteworthy is the attempt to partially incorporate humanoids into the humanoid manufacturing process on the production line to increase production speed." He explained, "They will expand the processes where humanoids can be deployed," and "Increasing work speed to human-level pace is Figure AI's next challenge."
