Revamped to Strengthen Medical Services
SMG Yonsei Hospital is launching a new website that significantly enhances convenience for patients and staff.
This revamp was prepared to resolve the inconveniences caused by the outdated existing website and to build a hospital platform that local residents can use more frequently.
The newly revamped website is integrated with the hospital's IT system, adding a feature that allows users to check medical staff schedules. It also introduced a simple reservation management system that enables appointment booking, inquiry, and cancellation online. Additionally, SNS login functions via Naver and Kakao have been provided to improve accessibility, and a new feature to register favorite medical staff has been added to strengthen personalized services.
The design has also been completely improved to offer a modern and intuitive user experience, allowing patients and guardians to find necessary information quickly and easily, while expressing the hospital’s image in a more sophisticated and professional manner.
An official from the Planning and Coordination Office stated, “The existing website was old and caused significant inconvenience to both customers and staff, and there were aspects that were unfavorable compared to other hospitals in the region. This revamp is part of our efforts to continuously provide the latest technology and diverse content with the goal of strengthening patient-centered medical services.”
They added, “We plan to continuously improve and update the hospital website so that local residents can use it more conveniently in the future.”
This website revamp demonstrates SMG Yonsei Hospital’s commitment to realizing patient-centered medical services by enhancing accessibility and convenience in medical services in line with the digital age. The new website will undergo changes starting from 5 p.m. on the 21st through the weekend.
