Myongji University Holds 2024 Spring Semester Degree Conferment Ceremony

A Total of Over 2,400 Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral Degrees Awarded

Myongji University held the 2024 Spring Semester Degree Conferment Ceremony for both the Humanities Campus and the Natural Sciences Campus.

On the 19th, Myongji University held the 73rd Spring Semester Degree Conferment Ceremony and announced on the 21st that bachelor's degrees were awarded to 1,276 students at the Humanities Campus and 1,183 students at the Natural Sciences Campus.

During the degree conferment ceremony at the Humanities Campus, an award ceremony for outstanding graduates was held. The main awardees include ▲Chairman's Award recipient Lee Hye-jin from the Department of International Trade ▲President's Award recipient Jo Eun-ah from the Department of Law and five others ▲Dean's Award recipients including Oh Chae-yeon from the Department of Korean Language and Literature and 40 others.

Im Yeon-su, President of Myongji University, stated, "I hope you will steadfastly pioneer your own path in the face of any adversity," and added, "I wish for you to engrave the founding spirit and ideals of your alma mater in your heart and become true leaders who guide our society in a healthy and righteous way."

Meanwhile, Myongji University also held the 2024 Spring Semester Master's and Doctoral Degree Conferment Ceremony on the 18th. At this ceremony, degrees were awarded to 270 master's and doctoral students at the Humanities Campus and 159 at the Natural Sciences Campus.
