SK C&C announced on the 20th that it has maximized the efficiency of its recruitment process by introducing A.Dot Biz HR in the hiring process for new and junior talents (early-career professionals).

A.Dot Biz HR is the first outcome of the 'A.Dot Biz' service, which SK C&C is jointly developing with SK Telecom. The core objective is to streamline the entire recruitment process and improve evaluation accuracy using AI.

Currently, SK C&C and SK Telecom are conducting a closed beta test (CBT). In this CBT, they are testing two versions of AI agent functions: 'A.Dot Biz,' which supports routine common tasks such as meeting room reservations and minute-taking, and 'A.Dot Biz Professional,' specialized for professional tasks including legal affairs, taxation, PR, and HR.

Prior to this CBT, SK C&C applied A.Dot Biz HR in an actual recruitment process and explained that evaluation efficiency and accuracy improved compared to the existing recruitment process. Based on generative AI, A.Dot Biz HR provides functions such as reviewing and evaluating applications, AI utilization tests, job suitability assessments, AI interviews, and generating customized interview questions for applicants throughout the recruitment process.

According to SK C&C, the AI-based system can analyze and evaluate thousands of applications within four hours. Previously, this workload took HR personnel about a week. The AI analyzes applicants’ resumes and self-introductions to extract contextual flow, key competency keywords, and derives job suitability and risk points.

In the junior talent recruitment process conducted in January, HR personnel evaluated thousands of applicants based on the evaluation criteria provided by AI and announced the successful candidates within two days after the application deadline.

One of the core features, the AI Utilization Test (AICT), helped provide objective and precise evaluations by analyzing applicants’ answers from multiple perspectives. AICT comprehensively assesses applicants’ understanding of job-related skills, problem-solving abilities, data analysis skills, and applicability to actual work.

In the interview stage, a customized AI one-on-one (1:1) interview was conducted by comprehensively analyzing the document screening, AICT results, and written test data. Applicants’ answers were analyzed through voice and video to evaluate job expertise, communication skills, and situational response abilities. The AI automatically generated question guides for face-to-face interviews and provided them to interviewers.

SK C&C plans to newly introduce AI talent search and recommendation functions within this year. Kim Min-hwan, head of Talent at SK C&C, said, "The introduction of A.Dot Biz HR has greatly improved the work efficiency of HR practitioners and enabled us to quickly discover outstanding talent. We will continue to expand the A.Dot Biz service together with SK Telecom to lead digital work innovation."
