Recruitment for 32 Courses Including Barista and Baking Certifications
Applications Open from February 25 to 28
The Yeongju City Lifelong Learning Center in Gyeongbuk is recruiting students for the 2025 first half citizen education weekly classes from the 25th to the 28th of this month.
This education program will run for 16 weeks from March 17 to July 4, offering 32 courses across 7 fields including certification, humanities and liberal arts, culture and arts, food and cooking, health, digital, and hobby classes.
The detailed courses include ▲Certification courses (Barista, baking and pastry certifications, and 4 other courses) ▲Humanities and liberal arts (Book talk at a cafe and 3 other courses) ▲Culture and arts (ceramic crafts, urban drawing, and 12 other courses) ▲Food and cooking (everyday cooking, medicinal and practical rice cakes) ▲Health (Qigong gymnastics and 2 other courses) ▲Digital (digital photography & editing) ▲Hobby classes (nail art), recruiting a total of 464 students.
In particular, reflecting citizens' demands, new courses such as origami certification, organizing and storage certification, Analects, Myeongsimbogam, traditional embroidery, natural dyeing, rattan crafts, digital photography & editing, and nail art hobby classes have been added.
The recruitment target is adults residing in Yeongju City, and the tuition fee is 20,000 KRW (10,000 KRW for tile courses, materials fee separate).
