People Power Party, 6 Candidates Compete in Geoje Mayor By-election Primary ... Two Days on 21st-22nd

The People Power Party's Gyeongnam Provincial Party Committee has finalized the primary schedule to select a candidate for the Geoje Mayor by-election to be held on April 2.

The party's nomination management committee will hold the primary on the 21st and 22nd from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., reflecting 50% party member voters and 50% general voters.

The campaign period will last five days from the 18th to the 22nd, and the primary results are expected to be announced on the 23rd.

The party-hosted primary debate will be held on the 19th at 7 p.m.

The primary candidates are a total of six: ▲ Kwon Min-ho, former Geoje Mayor ▲ Kwon Tae-min, former Executive Director of Geoje Marine Tourism Development Corporation ▲ Kim Bong-tae, former Deputy Mayor of Miryang ▲ Park Hwan-gi, former Deputy Mayor of Geoje ▲ Jeong Yeon-song, former President of Geoje Marine Tourism Development Corporation ▲ Cheon Jong-wan, CEO of Hojin Industry.
