Kering and Kakao Healthcare Develop 'Senior Housing Customized Health Management Model'

Utilizing the Blood Sugar Management Solution "Pasta"
Collaboration for Hospital Visit Linkage Based on Personal Health Information

Senior care specialist company Caring announced on the 17th that it has signed a business agreement with Kakao Healthcare to develop a customized health management model for senior housing.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to collaborate on ▲developing a health management system for residents using Kakao Healthcare’s blood sugar management solution ‘Pasta’ at senior housing facilities operated by Caring ▲linking hospital visits based on personal health information ▲establishing a customized medical cooperation system for the elderly.

Caring will first apply Kakao Healthcare’s ‘Pasta’ to its urban paid nursing facility Caring Stay and develop a systematic health indicator management system for data-based hospital visit linkage. In addition, it plans to explore ways to utilize digital healthcare solutions by gathering residents’ feedback and expand the introduction nationwide to senior residential facilities.

Kakao Healthcare’s ‘Pasta’ is an AI-based mobile blood sugar management solution approved as a software medical device, which helps real-time blood sugar monitoring using continuous glucose monitors and manages personal health information such as meals, weight, exercise, medication, and sleep.
