New Luxury Brands Join and Exclusive Products Launched
Beauty Kurly’s Luxury Segment Grows 40% Last Year

Early morning delivery company Kurly announced on the 17th that it is strengthening the luxury category of Beauty Kurly. They aim to showcase customized products for customers by solidifying partnerships with brands through the introduction of new luxury brands and exclusive product launches.

Beauty Kurly is expanding the entry of new luxury brands. Starting with the arrival of the Italian couture beauty brand ‘Armani Beauty’ in November 2023, the French representative brand with 190 years of tradition, ‘Herm?s Parfums & Beaut?,’ joined in February this year. Herm?s Beauty offers a total of 26 products on Beauty Kurly, including perfumes, body care, and makeup. A new entry event is also being held, offering perfume samples with purchases of event products until the 21st.

The brand category grew by 40% last year, the company announced on the 17th. This growth is attributed to increased consumer purchases driven by the introduction of new luxury brands and exclusive product launches.

Kurly is releasing exclusive planned products available only on its platform. The New York cosmetic brand ‘Kiehl’s’ is exclusively offering the Ultra Facial Cream 125mL Keith Haring Edition on Beauty Kurly. ‘Ohui’ has launched an exclusive Day Shield Niacinamide 5% Tone-up Sunscreen 50mL product that provides both UV protection and blemish care.


Thanks to strengthening luxury cosmetic brands and product lines, Beauty Kurly’s luxury beauty category recorded a growth rate of about 40% last year. This figure is more than five times the 7.5% growth rate in the online cosmetics sector announced by Statistics Korea on the 4th of 2024.


Lee Gippeum, head of the Beauty Kurly group, said, “Beauty Kurly’s influence as a trusted beauty platform and the discerning taste of Kurly customers who recognize good products are already acknowledged by many beauty brands,” adding, “We will continue to strengthen partnerships with luxury beauty brands by offering differentiated products that meet the needs of Kurly customers who actively invest in themselves.”


Meanwhile, Kurly is hosting the ‘Beauty Kurly Festa’ until the 24th of this month, offering up to 83% discounts on a total of about 4,000 products, including 1,000 luxury beauty items. During the event, free shipping is provided with the purchase of just one product over 10,000 KRW. At 11 a.m. every day, a random coupon with a 100% winning chance is also given. The event features a ‘Today’s Special’ corner offering new products at special prices daily, along with various brand benefits and Beauty Kurly special live broadcasts.
