Busan National University Students to Showcase Pure Passion for Music at Busan Cultural Center Grand Theater on the 23rd
Performing Works by Brahms and Elgar, Sharing Musical Inspiration with Majestic Melodies... Free Admission for All
Pusan National University (President Choi Jae-won) announced on the 14th that the on-campus student amateur orchestra 'Con Brio' will hold its '20th Regular Concert' on the 23rd at the Busan Cultural Center Grand Theater.
Since its founding in 2012, the stage built by Pusan National University students who are not music majors but have a pure passion for classical music has now reached its twentieth performance.
Con Brio, which has moved audiences every year with unique challenges and profound performances, is expected to heat up the stage again this time with a grand program.
This concert will open with Brahms' University Festival Overture (Op.80), which captures the freedom and passion of 19th-century university students, followed by Elgar's majestic Pomp and Circumstance March (Op.39 No.1) with grand brass and vigorous rhythms, and Brahms' Symphony No.1 (Op.68), renowned for its grand narrative and dramatic development.
All seats are free of charge, offering pure emotional experiences through the magnificent melodies created by Brahms and Elgar.
