According to the county on the 12th, the Civil Service Comprehensive Evaluation is conducted annually as part of the government's performance assessment to improve the quality of civil service provided by administrative agencies.

The civil service evaluation covers a total of 307 institutions nationwide, including central administrative agencies and local governments. It assesses 20 indicators across five categories: civil administration strategy and system, operation of civil service systems, the National Petition Portal, grievance handling, and civil service satisfaction.

The county received positive reviews for its administrative services that prioritize the perspective of civil petitioners, with the head of the institution directly listening to the opinions and difficulties of civil service staff and residents through meetings.

In addition, the county actively implements policies for socially disadvantaged groups, such as operating a help bell room, strengthening mandatory protective measures (recorded phone calls, safety partitions, provision of portable protective equipment), and providing video telephones and braille books for people with disabilities.

Furthermore, by conducting weekly kindness training to enhance staff capabilities and improve basic etiquette skills, the county scored highly across all evaluation indicators.

County Governor Yoo Heetae said, "Our continued resident-centered administrative services have been recognized once again," adding, "We will continue to improve civil service systems so that residents can conveniently access services, and we will communicate even more closely with the community."
