Shinsung ENG announced on the 12th that it will showcase a wide range of cleanroom core technologies and innovative products at 'SEMICON Korea 2025,' held at COEX, Seoul, from the 19th to the 21st.
Founded in 1977, Shinsung ENG succeeded in domesticating the industrial air purifier (FFU), a core cleanroom equipment, for the first time in Korea. Currently, it holds over 60% of the domestic market share and has established itself as a key partner in the semiconductor, display, and secondary battery industries.
Shinsung ENG has set up a 'Particulate Visualization Technology Exhibition Zone' within the exhibition hall to provide a new experience of real-time detection and visualization of airborne particulates invisible to the naked eye. This was prepared to intuitively demonstrate the importance of contamination source management in cleanrooms and its advanced technology.
The newly introduced 'EDM (Equipment Dehumidify Module)' through technological advancement is an advanced device that integrates dehumidification and air conditioning functions. It can precisely control relative humidity down to 5% RH with a high-performance rotor, and the purification function operates independently even when the dehumidification function is not active.
The 'ICF (Internal Chemical Filter FFU)' is an integrated air conditioning device equipped with a harmful substance removal filter. It efficiently manages pressure loss zones, enabling energy savings. Its linkage with a wireless control system further enhances operational convenience.
Optimized for large cleanrooms, the 'OAC (Outdoor Air Control Unit)' is a system that purifies incoming outdoor air by removing fine dust and harmful gases through high-efficiency filtering. At the exhibition, a scaled-down model will demonstrate the actual operation process.
A Shinsung ENG official stated, "The integrated dehumidification and air conditioning EDM and the chemical filter-equipped ICF will set new standards for cleanroom technology," and added, "We will continue to grow as an innovative company leading the development of advanced industries through ongoing research and development."
