Customized IP Consulting and Application Cost Support
for Local Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises
The Gumi Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Gyeongbuk has launched the 2025 'Intellectual Property Emergency Support' project at the Gyeongbuk Western Intellectual Property Center.
According to the Gumi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Intellectual Property Emergency Support project is an emergency support service that provides on-demand consultations and customized consulting to quickly resolve various intellectual property difficulties faced by local small and medium-sized enterprises, the chamber announced on the 11th.
The support includes ▲production of patent technology promotional videos ▲customized domestic patent strategies (patent maps) ▲design development (product design, packaging design, etc.) ▲brand development (new and renewed brands) ▲support for domestic and overseas application costs (PCT), among others.
In particular, starting in 2025, the Gyeongbuk Western Intellectual Property Center has expanded its jurisdiction from Gumi City to the western region of Gyeongbuk. Accordingly, companies located in Gumi City, Gimcheon City, Sangju City, Goryeong County, Seongju County, and Chilgok County can apply for the project through the center.
The recruitment period for the first beneficiary companies of the 2025 Intellectual Property Emergency Support Small and Medium Enterprise IP Direct Support project is until February 26, and applications and inquiries can be made through the local Intellectual Property Center website or the Gyeongbuk Western Intellectual Property Center.
Meanwhile, starting in 2025, the existing 'Small and Medium Enterprise IP Direct Support' project has been renamed 'Intellectual Property Emergency Support.'
