Chief Kim was highly praised for being the first in the nation to introduce the 'Family Care Youth Allowance Support' policy in the population decline response category, creating an innovative case that alleviates the burden of family care for young people.
Additionally, he drew attention by creating jobs for the elderly through the 'Cheonwon Guksi' initiative in response to aging demographics and by promoting the 'Flexible Work System' to foster a better environment for raising children. The incorporation of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) values befitting a UNICEF Child-Friendly City also received positive feedback.
In the field of autonomous administration, the introduction of 'Baro Munja Harangke' for prompt and accurate civil complaint processing and the discovery of village BI (Brand Identity) projects enhanced the diversity of resident-led initiatives. In the area of social integration, policies such as the 'Public-Private Partnership One-on-One Coupling Project,' 'Good Store Good Coupon,' and 'The Largest University in the World, Seo-gu' received enthusiastic responses from residents.
On the 11th, Chief Kim stated on social media, "It is a great honor and responsibility to know that field-oriented, resident-centered administrative practices have been recognized as exemplary cases nationwide beyond our region," adding, "I will always stay true to my original intentions and continue to practice life-centered administration and politics together with the residents."
