The meeting was organized to listen to on-site opinions and foster a healthy culture of labor-management cooperation in celebration of the 2025 New Year. The Provincial Office of Education plans to visit a total of nine unions and teachers' organizations sequentially by the 14th.

Kim Sinan, head of the Jeonnam Teachers' Union, said, "Thank you for visiting to promote healthy labor-management cooperation," and requested, "We hope you will actively listen to the voices from the field, including expanding staff at school support centers, establishing a proactive response system by the education office for workplace bullying issues, and allowing autonomous choices of AI digital textbooks."

In response, Superintendent Kim Daejung stated, "Labor-management cooperation is more important than ever to realize glocal Jeonnam education where the region and the world coexist," adding, "We will do our best to actively review the opinions presented by the unions and reflect them in Jeonnam education policies."

Meanwhile, the Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education has designated the third week of every month as 'Labor-Management Communication Day' and plans to continue promoting labor-management meetings to discuss and communicate with relevant departments at the main office based on opinions gathered in the field.
