Creating Stable Residential Conditions for Young People
Goryeong-gun, Gyeongbuk Province, is recruiting applicants for the 'Goryeong-gun Youth Monthly Rent Housing Cost Support Project' for 10 days from the 10th to the 19th to alleviate the housing cost burden on young people and create stable residential conditions.
The recruitment targets are single-person households aged 18 to 45 or young newlyweds residing or planning to reside in Goryeong-gun (within 7 years of marriage registration as of the announcement date, regardless of children), with a household income at or below 180% of the median income, rental deposit of 50 million KRW or less, monthly rent of 600,000 KRW or less, and nationwide non-homeowners living in rental housing.
The support amount is up to 100,000 KRW per month for a maximum of 10 months (up to 1,000,000 KRW annually), with applications accepted in July and December, and the support funds paid retroactively.
Applications can be submitted online through the youth monthly rent housing cost support project application board on the Goryeong-gun Office website by referring to the announcement in the public notice section, or by visiting the Population Policy Office at the county office to submit the application form.
Lee Nam-cheol, the head of Goryeong-gun, stated, "We will promote various customized youth support policies, including the youth monthly rent support project, so that young people struggling with social and economic difficulties such as housing, jobs, and childcare can lead the future of Goryeong-gun without giving up their dreams."
